Check out a new developer works article on migrating from MySQL to Informix. This is part 1 of a series planned on this migration and will cover detailed technical aspects of the migration.

Did you know that you can use the OpenSearch Browser Plugin to assist your searching of the specific versions of Information Centers.  To install these use the following links to install this plugin for each version:

Panther in unleashed

Today is another milestone in the Informix space with the release of Panther - Version 11.70. This is such a feature rich release that we have something for everyone. Fix Central Issues -A clarification

Let me clarify some confusion we've introduced for Informix server fixes in Fix Central.

Prior to Informix fixpack 11.50.xC7, server fixes were found only under Information Management -> Informix Dynamic Server.  There was no Informix product choice.  With the introduction of 11.50.xC7, there was also a formal rename of the server product, from Informix Dynamic Server to just Informix.  With that change, we added an Information Management -> Informix product choice in Fix Central.
