planetIDS has been enhanced/redesigned

The planetIDS website has been slightly redesigned.

During that process I've integrated the new Informix blogs from Kevin Brown, Jonathan Leffler and Frederick Ho. You'll now find their blog posts directly on planetIDS and additionally on the right side of The Informix Zone.

planetIDS will be further re-structured during the next weeks.

Is GI the new BI?

Count the number of times the basketballs are passed in this video.
...............
Did you see the Gorilla?  Apparently, 46% people focused on counting passes
failed to observe the Gorilla walking around.    With so much focus on BI (Business Intelligence),
predictive analysis, we could use a tool to predict, catch disruptive forces on our business or to create one ourselves.

IDS 11.50 on MacOS X Snow Leopard

This is probably old news by now, but it may as well be put on the public record.
